AUTOGRAPH INFORMATION
Please have all autograph items ready before reaching the signing area.
Buffalo Gift Emporium and event personnel reserve the right to decline any item that is unsafe, inappropriate, offensive, excessively large or otherwise unsuitable for the event.
Unless specifically stated as part of the package, the ticket price covers the autograph opportunity only and does not include the item being signed.
Requests for inscriptions, personalization, specific placement or other special requests are subject to the store discretion at an additional cost.
IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Please arrive with enough time to complete your experience during the scheduled 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM event window.
The appearance schedule is subject to reasonable delays or adjustments. Individual interaction time may vary depending on attendance and event flow.
Each ticket or reservation is valid only for the experience purchased or reserved.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT + SECURITY POLICY
We want this event to be fun, welcoming and safe for everyone.
Buffalo Gift Emporium takes the safety of our guests, employees and event participants seriously.
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent, guardian or responsible adult while attending the event.
For the safety of everyone attending:
• Guests must follow reasonable instructions from Buffalo Gift Emporium staff, security personnel and event representatives.
• Law enforcement may be contacted when necessary to protect guests, employees or event participants.
Buffalo Gift Emporium reserves the right to deny admission or remove an individual whose conduct violates these rules or creates a legitimate safety or security concern. Guests removed for misconduct are not entitled to a refund except where otherwise required by law.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because this is a limited-capacity special appearance event, refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of plans
• Failure to attend
• Late arrival
• Travel problems
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to bring autograph items
• Failure to use all benefits included with a purchased package
• Removal from the event for violation of event or security policies
If the event is canceled, refunds will be provided as required by applicable law.
If the event must be postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event. Any additional remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Buffalo Gift Emporium is not responsible for incidental travel, lodging, transportation or other expenses associated with attending the event except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
PHOTOS & RECORDING
Personal photographs during the designated photo opportunity are permitted subject to event staff instructions.
Professional photography, commercial recording, livestreaming or equipment that interferes with the event may be restricted.
Buffalo Gift Emporium may photograph or record portions of the event. Any commercial or advertising use of an identifiable attendee's image will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
Parents and guardians are responsible for granting any required permission involving their minor children.
ACCESSIBILITY
Buffalo Gift Emporium welcomes guests with disabilities and will provide reasonable accommodations as required by applicable law.
Service animals are permitted as required by law.
Guests needing an accommodation are encouraged to contact Buffalo Gift Emporium before the event so we can make appropriate arrangements.
EVENT TERMS
A ticket or reservation represents a limited license to participate in the event at the date, time and location stated and is subject to these event terms.
By purchasing, reserving or using a ticket and entering the event area, the attendee agrees to comply with reasonable event, safety and security rules.
Buffalo Gift Emporium may make reasonable modifications to event procedures, lines, check-in procedures or security measures when necessary for safety or efficient event operations.
The scheduled guest appearance is subject to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Buffalo Gift Emporium.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Buffalo Gift Emporium and this independently operated appearance event are not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with the Buffalo Bills, the National Football League or their respective affiliates.
